We are very aware that for any organisation to be successful at what they do, they should use the skills that are available within the community, and create a diverse range of activities that appeal to every culture without any kind of exclusion.

We live in a very multicultural area of London. The Borough of Hounslow is very fortunate to have such a wide range of ethnicity that can offer the community as a whole all of the different social skills and languages that reflect the needs of our service users. We desperately need this diversity for the benefit of everyone we work with.
